Ready to Set the World on Fire!

(sigh) My father told me that my life would never be the same....

In two days I'll release my first album and I must admit that I'm on a roller coaster of emotions :) Tonight my parents and I will pray along with our church's overseer...I can't wait because I understand the importance of having the right people around me, at all times, praying for me, protecting me, and holding me accountable! I'm so excited...not so much for what I'm about to do, but more for what God is doing in the lives of His people!

(trying to find the words to say) Over the past month, in preparation for this release, I've run through the last 28 years of my life...and God has reminded me of all of the people who I've come into contact with...I get it now, it wasn't just a coincidence! There were those who were sent to be a blessing and others sent to teach a lesson...nonethless, it was part of God's perfect plan, to prepare me to be everything that's He's designed me to be.

I don't take the God-given assignment lightly....I cherish it and the people He's placed in my life. I'm ready to set the world on fire so that God gets the glory! Jesus Christ changed my life and I will stop at nothing to spread His message of love.

(sigh) I, have not arrived....I'm always learning....always dying...and always submitting to the authority that God has placed in my life. I am simply an instrument for God to use and always asking the Lord to make me usuable. What can I do to serve you, Lord?

June 8th...a day that will forever be etched in my heart! I love the Lord y'all and I'm having the time of life!!!! (smiling from ear to ear..... :)
